As with everything, the cost of education is rising. Leases, insurances, employee expenses, consumables, electricity, water, internet, etc., have risen as well. It has always been the intention of Above Reproach Academy to provide a quality educational program at an affordable price while compensating instructors with a competitive wage that blesses them and their families. We have been cognizant of the amounts allotted by Step Up PEP and try to stay under the amount issued, hopefully leaving ample room to participate in other home education activities (clearly contingent upon the quantity of courses your student participates in at Above Reproach Academy).

Students utilizing Step Up Funds to pay for classes are required to make four or less payments per academic year, coinciding with funding release. Our program runs on an annual basis. A minimum of a 4 week notice will need to be given if you intend to forfeit your child’s space in core classes before the beginning of the academic year. We can not be a waiting list alternative for those of you wishing to send your children to a private school. This drastically affects our numbers. We are a small program that relies on your integrity, valuing your word. Adhering to this enables us to continue to be direct pay and not requesting up front payments requiring you to seek reimbursement for.

Self Pay Students may make up to 8 payments per academic year. The first payment will be September 1 and the final payment will be April 1. Curriculum fees are due upon registering, as well as the registration fee for each child. These fees are non refundable as they will pay for curriculum and processing fees prior to the start of the academic year. Our program runs on an annual basis.

Due to the increased need for academic rigor we have chosen to streamline our curriculum, leaning heavily on Masterbooks. We will continue to utilize Mystery of History for Middle & High School World History and The American Story by David Barton for American History. Government/Civics will utilize Masterbooks and supplement with Patriot Academy. Economics will be RC Sproul with Economics for Everybody. High School Science Classes (Biology, Chemistry, & Physics) will require the added Lab Elective. We will continue to supplement Math with Gather Round Modular Math, as needed, along with Class Gaga. We reserve the freedom to add supplemental curriculum if we feel the need for more coverage and/or added rigor.

Dual Enrollment is offered through Above Reproach Collegiate Academy in network with Christian Halls International in partnership with Southeastern University. We highly encourage participation in this tuition free program.

College classes are also available at discounted rates to older siblings and parents seeking a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate. Students participate in a European model designed to “strengthen local communities by offering Christ-centered, tutorial-based, post-secondary education that fosters intellectual, spiritual, and vocational formation”.

It is our goal, in network with CHI, to “create local learning communities that unite accredited Christian universities with local mentorship, allowing students to earn degrees and trade certifications while staying in their home communities”.

Refund Policy: Curriculum Fees and Registration Fees are non-refundable. Tuition is non refundable after September 10, 2026. Step Up refunds are by check back to the organization. Once the first two weeks have passed, you are financially responsible for the remainder of the year.
